with SeaWorld (Busch
Entertainment Corporation, Orlando,
Florida) has been made and this website has been used to introduce
La Playa del Sol development concept to Busch Entertainment. Upon
Busch Entertainment Corporation's indication of interest in pursuing
SeaWorld Phoenix, a formal proposal will be prepared for SeaWorld.
Nothing in this notification is intended to convey acceptance by
Busch Entertainment Corporation to proceed or not to proceed.
The Phoenix summer can be hot therefore SeaWorld Phoenix will be
located within a Adventuredome as shown below for year around
climate control.

Adventuredome Theme Park at Circus Circus Las
Vegas
Leave it to Vegas to build the largest
indoor amusement park in the nation, a five-acre spread with 25
attractions
including the Canyon Blaster rollercoaster, a rock climbing wall, an
18-hole miniature golf course, an arcade and clown shows. Around
Halloween, the place transforms into Frightdome after 7 p.m.,
replete with freak shows and haunted-house attractions for children
over 12. |
 |
SeaWorld Phoenix
as part of La Playa del Sol will have
scuba diving recreation in the large lagoon to replicate the
Caribbean. A portion of the La Playa del Sol lagoon will
duplicate salinity, temperature and pH of Caribbean water to provide
a near authentic Caribbean scuba diving experience as part of
SeaWorld Phoenix and the Resorts of La Playa del Sol. |

Mystere at Treasure Island Hotel-Casino
Of all the Cirque du Soleil
extravaganzas available on the Strip, the first remains the
standard, the Hershey bar of Vegas spectacles. The tale of a child's
fantastical dreams told in a succession of astonishing acrobatic
acts performed by people in outlandishly colorful costumes will not
only transport children but prove to them that a great circus
doesn't require animal tricks. The show, now in its
15th year, has been performed more than 7,000 times. |
 |
Fremont Street Experience
Aside from the Bellagio's fountains,
the best free spectacle in town is the astonishing and clever
animated and live-action shows — on the hour after dark until
midnight — projected from the underside of a four-block-long metal
canopy that arches over a pedestrian mall. The little ones will
stand with their heads craned and their mouths agape at what they'll
witness on the largest LED display in the world. |
 |
Las Vegas Springs Preserve
An ambitious $250-million ode to the
desert landscape and conservation, the Springs Preserve includes
176,000-square-feet of museums, educational galleries and
interactive exhibits, more than 30,000 plants in an expansive
botanical garden and 2 1/2 miles of trails. Kids can be engaged
about the environment, recycling and natural
history with an arcade where they can play a list of familiar video
games altered to include an educational thrust. |
 |
Mandalay Bay Beach
From the seven-foot-deep wave pool
sweeping swimmers onto the sandy beach to the snaking lazy river,
it's a no wonder this is the most popular place for kids to cool off
on the Strip. There are other smaller, more conventional pools
here as well and a topless pool that is far out of sight of anyone
underage. Only guests of Mandalay Bay, the Four
Seasons or the Hotel at Mandalay can join the fun. |
